Hervé Hamed Diomandé was born on the 17th of June 1988 in Abidjan. He's the next talented footballer from the ASEC Mimosas club. Few of you know, that this club's homegrowns are e.g. Kolo Touré, Yaya Touré, Emmanuel Eboué or Salomon Kalou. That's a real „mine of talents”. Yes, if you think that Arsene Wenger looks for talents in that club, you're right. ASEC is a club, that regularly plays in the African Champions League. Hamed is their first team centre-back, playing with number 4. Diomande has also played in his national team on the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. Hamed is strong, determined and ambitious. He's a model professional. When saying about his football skills, I have to admit, that this boy hasn't got any weaknesses. It could shock you, that such a young player presents so well, but for our joy, that's absolutely true. He's pacey, hard-working, always concentrated, and has no problems with heading, marking, tackling, positioning and anticipation. As for a defender, he's very good technically. His only little disadvantages are random teamwork and composure. Call-up to the national team for Diomande seems to be only a matter of time.
