This lad is my private, personal invention with all possible clauses in his contract. I've found him with the help of the reliable tool called the „FM search engine”. I've filtered the attributes, which I was interested in and... I couldn't believe what I saw. I've been looking for someone, that would strengthen my Polonia Warsaw (I've taken control of them for testing Football Manager 2009) at front. I've never expected that I'd find such a talented player.
Denys was born on the 4th of March 1989 in an unknown place. Probably he's a homegrown of Dinamo Simferopol. He currently plays for Chornomorets Odessa. Unfortunately, I don't know the Ukrainian language even at the basic level, so I wasn't able to find any further information about his career.
In Football Manager 2009, Vasin is described as a promising and balanced player. It is said that he's a similar type of player to Olexandr Kosyrin. Denis' attributes are partly random, but from what I've noticed, the key ones are constant. This guy's advantages are: jumping, pace, flair and work rate. He's great at heading, passing and finishing. Moreover, he can score from free kicks and penalties. What's interesting, he's got a few preferred moves: he likes to try to beat the offside trap, likes to lob the keeper and cuts inside. He also likes placed shots.
At the very beginning of the game, he didn't shine. In the pre-season games, he played fairly average. He should class in the first league game against Arka Gdynia. He scored twice and got the „Man of the match” award. I'm really afraid of thinking, what's ahead of him. Vasin fits best as a typical finisher.
Value of the Ukrainian equals 100 K euros. Quite a lot, isn't it? You think, that I paid that much for him? No way. The Odessa's manager agreed to get rid of this player only for 10 K euros. You only have to hurry, because the interest in Denys is huge.
