Since I've always cared about my junior team of Celtic Glasgow, I've decided to sign a talented attacking midfielder. I found one in a club from the Italian Serie B, Brescia Calcio.
This player was a young Pole, Bartosz Salomon. This lad is a homegrown of Concordia Murowana Goslina, where in 2005, he was found by scouts from Lech Poznan. After 2 years, he bored with the capital of Greater Poland and before the 2007/08, he went to Italy. He's played 4 games in the Poland U-21 team, scoring twice so far.
Bartosz passes, tackles and shoots from distance perfectly. He's got a very good technique. He's not bad at crossing, first touch, taking penalties and free kicks. He's a great finisher. His biggest weaknesses are his heading and marking, but this skills aren't necessary for an attacking midfielder.
As for his age, he's very hard-working, flamboyant and creative. He impresses with composure, determination, teamwork, anticipation, off the ball and aggression. That's it about his mental strengths. Unfortunately, he's got problems with concentration and positioning.
Salomon can run fast, he's agile and has got a good stamina. However, it's easy to push him over. Jumping isn't one of his advantages either. The football experts claim that he a similar type of player to Domenico Morfeo. A pity is that the Pole's attributes are random. The good thing is that he possesses a good CA and PA.
I've no idea if you would change Italy for Poland, but he sign to Scotland without any problems. He was quite cheap, too. I got him for 950 K euros, which, for his skills, is not a high price.
In my U-18 team, he's already scored a few goals, got some assists and even was given the „Man of the match” award a few times. He hasn't played in the senior team yet. If he keeps progressing like this, after 2-3 seasons, he'll become an important first team player of „The Bhoys”
