Raffaele Chiarelli was born on the 23rd of March 1990 in La Louviere. He's started his career as a footballer in Mons, from where he moved to Charleroi. After two seasons of playing in the Charleroi's U-18 team, he was released and then signed by CSKA Sofia – of course it all happened in my game. After my scout had given a very interesting report on him, I decided to buy the young Belgian from the Bulgaria's champions' reserve team. Just 100K euros was enough to have Raffaele in Slask Wroclaw. It's hard to say anything about his positive and negative sides – most of his attributes are random. The only constant attributes are crossing and technique. The Belgian of Italian descent usually impresses with his pace, dribbling and agility. What's more, he's a really versatile player. At first Chiarelli does not perform too well, but after 2-3 seasons he improves very fast and therefore his U-21 national team coach observes him attentively. What's interesting, the Charleroi's player is a Milan fan. Furthermore, he tries to imitate Enzo Scifo's way of play.
I highly recommend the Belgian to weak and mid-table clubs. It's worth investing into this gifted footballer especially because you can get him for free at the beginning of the game, unless you decide to pay a 190K compensation.
