I think I overdo the Mexicans. Every time I find someone he smells like tortilla, tequila and cactus. Yes, we've been enriched this year with talents from the country of Aztecs, the Maya peoples, Olmecs and Hugo Sanchez. Especially interesting are Mexican goalkeepers. Is there something we do not know about? Maybe they have some kind of a farm for them? From what I know the only Mexican goalkeeper that made some career was extremely jumpy Jorge Campos. The problem is that I have an exceptionally bad memory and no knowledge about football.
Jorge Villalpando was born on the 13th of March 1985 in Mexico City. Most probably he is a home grown of Puebla FC, where he plays until this day. He appeared on the first team in yea 2005, but had a debut in Primera División Mexicana on the 21st of October 2007 in the game against Toluce. Jorge has been called up to the national team, but has not had a chance yet to play for it.
Villalpando is one of the most talented goalkeepers in Football Manager 2008. I know that I say it almost about every single player I put in here, but what else can be said about a boy with CA 120 and PA 165? He's almost a genius I shall say. Jorge is fast, agile, concentrated, brave, had good reflex and jumps well. Quite good, but for sure not staggering. Jorge definitely needs to work on his aerial ability, communication and strength.
The price that we need to pay for the Mexican is not the lowest of all. At the beginning of the game he is worth 525k euro. I am not sure for how much or if he would want to join weaker leagues, such as Polish one. However, the boy is definitely worth investing in. He shouldn't disappoint you.
