For my own usage I call him ‘the revenge for Kosmalski and Olszar’. They were sold without my knowledge to the other club. This was a stab in the back from my chairman. For a long time it was hard for me to forgive him that he sold my best strikers. I was in really bad pain. I wanted a bloody revenge. Blood, blood, blooooood… I guess I shouldn’t have watched so much ‘Top Gear’. Anyway, I decided not to cry and to get back to work. My choice was young Grzegorz Kuświk. He looked quite good and was a striker. ‘An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth’…

He was born on May 23rd, 1987. He started his career in Gawin Królewska Wola. It is said that he had spent several quite nice years there. In 2007, GKS Belchatow bought him. Until now he did nothing special there. But you have to look at this from the other side: he’s still young and has just made it to the first league.
In FM 2008 Kuświk is one of the most talented GKS’ players. He’s strong physically, intelligent and agile footballer. He’s fast, heads the ball well, has quite a scorcher from the distance and positions himself well under the opponent’s goal. In the few first matches I was surprised with his goal scoring ability. I thought he would need more time to gel in with teammates and start playing on a decent level, but he was able to score goals from the start. He’s not a high-priced player. Euro 50k should be enough to get him. He should be a good player for weaker teams from a string of European leagues. In northern or southern Conference he will surely be a true god.
