Emiliano Adrian Insua Zapata was born on the 7th of January 1989 in Buenos Aires and is a left defender for Liverpool. At the moment he is the second shortest player in Premiership (first position is occupied by Aaron Lennon). Emiliano was spotted by Liverpool's scouts when he played for Boca Juniors. Rafa Benitez firstly loaned him for 100 thousand pounds and afterwards bought for exactly one million. The Argentinian with a Spanish passport debuted for "The Reds" on the 28th of April 2007, during an away game against Portsmouth. Insua plays for the Argentina U-20 national team. He took part in the World Cup U-20 in Canada, where him and his team mates got a gold medal.
In the game Emiliano is very determined, composed, brave and his work rate is at high level. He impressed with crossing, marking, tackling, passing and technique. In addition he has high attributes for pace, stamina and agility. He loves to take away a ball from an opponent with slide tackles.
Insua is a great left defender, unfortunately he is quite expensive. At the beginning of the game he already costs 3.1mln euro. Only strong and rich teams will be able to afford that player. Argentinian is most likely going to become a real star and therefore it's rather impossible to get him to come to such leagues as the Polish one.
