In the last 20 years Israel have built a superbly effective system of coaching young players. Thanks to this, Israeli players are rising from the underground and muster their courage on football pitches all around the world. Another representative of this stream is Dor Malul, who may be called Darth Maul as well.
This young Israeli is one of most versatile players in FM 2008. He can play in almost every position. He’s weak only when playing as a goalkeeper, left midfielder, left winger and right winger. Dor is unbelievable. You might think that because of this our Darth Maul will have problems to find a position that will really suit him. Attributes are suggesting that he will be best as a central or right defender. Malul is fast, agile and balanced. He passes and tackles well. He’s quite good when it comes to heading the ball or marking a player. Basically it’s enough, but he’s not a revelation. Potential is the most important thing. When you look at it all twigs droop. Israeli football will be proud of him surely.

Malul’s price is exactly 0. Of course if we want to have him we must pay the training equivalent for him. That’s not a high price: Euro 45,000. For me he was too expensive. In the second season his price is Euro 140k.
