The latest Football Manager is really close, but as you can see the 2007 version still has it’s fans who are ready to jump in the fire for it. One of these lovers is Dave P, named SortItOutSI, who decided to publish his own database upgrade. He has made important changes in teams and staff, which are dated on 17th August 2008. Certainly, this update will go to the drives of those players, who have not decided to “move” to FM 2008. It may be for those who wanted to play the earlier game versions, but decided not to because of the old database versions. I warmly encourage you to download:

Admittedly the file has two pretty big drawbacks. The first of these is the date of release. It is a quite early publication and a number of transfers have not been included, for example Robinho in Manchester City or Dimitar Berbatov in the “Red Devils”. The second problem is the nationality of the upgrade’s creator – usually foreign updaters forget about the smaller leagues or simply leagues from different countries. Despite the drawbacks mentioned above it seems that the upgrade will be a really nice add-on for the older version fans... We invite you to the FilePlanet!
