New options regarding assistant manager!
Thanks to the Thursday blog we found out a bit about the "backroom advice". In the newest note, the SI boss tells us more about it and presents some more novelties!

Miles Jacobson tells us thatevery member of the staff team will be judged under different categories, such as their knowledge of players on the team, tactics, training and scouting. The quality of their answers will depend on the level of their attributes, some of which are closely related to each other. Let's imagine a situation, in which one of our staff members - expert in recruitment of new footballers - has been on our team only for a few days and he didn't know our players well enough. Because of such situation he won't be able to tell if his choices will be appropriate for the team, so his list will either be shortened or the players on it will be too weak.
Other than fully finding out what the "backroom advice" is, we are also told that the role of our assistant manager will be greater. His duties will be extended by a thorough evaluation of our first team. From now on our chosen players will be analyzed and if we find out that he does not fit our expectations, our assistant will find more appropriate players for the position or propose a new position for the footballer. Other than that, if one of our pupils will show problems with motivation, our right hand will find out if the problem is caused by issues with captain, stress from observing scouts, if he doesn't like us very much or many others. Once he knows, he will give us a proper way of treating the problem. Our assistant manager will also find out more information about our prospect buying (work permit, if he fits to the team etc.) and help us with giving proper instructions to players before the next game.
It is clear to see, that Sports Interactive grealty concentrated on finding solutions to make the game easier for us. Let's just hope that they didn't go too far and that the game won't end up being too easy.
