Today we can finally announce that Sports Interactive has finished all the final works on patch 11.3 and given it to the users. Of course fixing the bugs wasn't the only reason for releasing the patch - along with it comes an update of all the teams with the transfers from the winter transfer window. Now we can enjoy all the biggest moves on the market, such as Fernando Torres in Chelsea London!
