The first modification aims at better display of small clubs’ financial situation – considering the fact that such clubs operate with rather modest budgets, all the amounts will be presented in pennies instead of pounds. Another improvement is making the actions of the judge-commissioner more accurate. However as for now the details of this modification has not been revealed yet.

The next thing that was changed is the way wealthy investors supply their money into the club. Apart from the usual attitude of a new chairman i.e. maintaining the club’s budget, there are two new options. The first one relates to the attitude of extremely generous chairmen – in order to quickly achieve the results, such an owner will be constantly pumping the money into the club until his expectations are fulfilled.
