Many people say Football Manager does not need another patch as the game looks fine at the moment. Well, I wonder what they are going to say when they discover a bug that activates during transfer negotiations. And it is not just any bug. It actually stops you from signing players due to ridiculous restrictions made up by the game.

Recently, there has been a lot of discussion concerning the release of another patch. By the time of release, the fans can report bugs that they spot in the game. The most recently spotted bug makes it impossible to sign players. When the contract negotiations take place, a text in red informs you that you are unable to make a transfer, as the squad must have at least... 584341384 players!
This bug comes in many varieties - sometimes it just disappears at another attempt or repeats some other time. No doubt it is not a good news for the fans and it should make the upcoming patch, to be released supposedly in February, even more welcome.
