IInstallation: extract the downloaded file to the user folder defined in the game properties - by default it's in the folder "Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012" in "My Documents". Remember to turn off skin cache in the game properties and reloading the skin, if that options was on before!
Rembember to switch off the skin buffering option in the game settings screen and reload the skin if it was switched on previously!
