It took three weeks for Miles Jacobson to finally release some official information after the leak from a Polish distributor - CD Projekt. So finally we found out the overall plan for this version, but it is still possible, that the list of novelties will expand, since in the past there used to be more of them. For now we know about such new options:

• new intuitive training system with 14 different individual skill areas
• match preparation section
• over 100 new animations added to the 3D match engine such as: more player emotions, new player models, new stadiums, pitch textures, improved lighting, floodlit night matches, more goal celebrations
• expanded agents' role in the game
• expanded the negotiation module, more clauses available
• private talks with players
• fully dynamic league reputation
• much improved interaction with players, staff and the board

Still, the makers claim that there will be more novelties than ever in history. What should we still expect of Football Manager 2011? For now one thing is sure - the above bullet points aren't all and Sports Interactive once again is going to give us a top quality product, leaving the competitors far behind.
