Footballers called for Euro 2008 play for national team of Poland. You may find two screens in gallery showing Champions League's qualifications before and after installing fake patch.

Installation manual:

1. Go to the file: Football Manager 2009/data/updates/update-920/db/920*
2. Change previous "lnc" files for new.
3. team_japan.ddt and team_poland.ddt files put to the file called EDT.
4. Run the game. If Football Manager is running, first you should switch it off and then switch it on once again.

* Choose the appropriate file from FM 2005 to FM 2009.
