Functionality description:

An addition, which after loading the game shows us all players fitting to the following filter: Age - max. 21 years old, PA - -10/-9, or from 166 to 200. Thanks to it we can buy players of great promise dirt cheap.

My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\shortlists (if doesn't exist, simply create one), and then on the shortlist screen select the "Import shortlist".
