Functionality description:

Oskrasson EDT Maker is a program that helps to create EDT, DDT and LNC files, with which you can edit game database without running the editor.
To create such files you just select one of the available commands and set arguments required for this command. Next, you complete the boxes you want, click 'Add to list', and then click 'Save.

Installation manual:

You do not install this program, just extract it to any directory - and it is ready to use.
