Functionality description:

Football Manager database update based on Fudi & Messinho Revolution Update 2008: Final Version [fix] created by ForumCM user, jmk. Except of the transfers made already in Revolution Update Team, the creator added new Iberian Leagues, to which Portuguese and Spanish clubs are assigned geographically. Players from these countries now play either for Northern or Southern Iberia. The addon is compatible with 8.0.2 patch.

A word from the author:
I encourage you to download this unusual addon, which replaces Spanish and Portuguese leagues with Northern and Southern Iberia. What's the idea? Portuguese and Spanish clubs are 'mixed' together according to their geographical location. I am planning to release a few other versions yet (more details in readme file).
