IMPORTANT! Due to a bug resulting from Gretna club being removed from the game, the number of teams in Scottish leagues has changed, which made it impossible to start a new game in Scotland. The authors of the update have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to release 3.1 update version, which resolves this issue. An updated version of the file is available at mirror #2.
