- updated budgets (cash and transfer budget) for highest leagues of England, France, Spain, Germany, Russia and Italy.
- updated tickets and passes prices and number of passes holders
- updated incomes
- added and removed debt where necessary

We recommend to use this file with our updates - with changed players abilities or without.

The downloaded file should be placed in user catalogue (by default: My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/editor data).
