Functionality description:

An update for FM 2008 dated for the 5th of September 2009 containing: # Transfers from all(!) of the European leagues and the Premier Divisions of Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Egypt. Moreover, the first three top English divisions and the second divisions from some countries were updated. # Staffs in the top European leagues were updated # Promotions and relegations in every playable European league were updated # Some players' skills were corrected # Transfer budgets of the top clubs were adjusted # Invalid bans and injuries were deleted # Some players' injuries and bans were added # The FIFA ranking was updated # The UEFA clubs ranking was updated # A lot of new players were added, including the ones from the Japan and South Korea national teams. # Rosters of 34 national teams were updated # Preferred formations of some managers were updated # Reputations of countries, leagues and clubs were corrected
