Functionality description:

Change list:

• second polish league added
• addon doesn't collide with two updates  - one containing only transfers and second having changes in players abilities, both released in September 2011
• realistic league rules were introduced
• working regional borders were installed (as good as it was possible - when there's no place in destinated league, club moves to the closest one
