Functionality description:

CM Euphoria CM4 Update recommended by its creators as the best update ever. Is it really so good? It is hard to tell. Certainly, it is one of the best addons that update the game database. The file is dated for the day of 3.09.2003, which means all the transfers from the current transfer window in Europe are included. The following is what the udpate contains:

• The transfer from all over the world, al leagues which the authors managed to get the data about.
• The main focus was put on the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Holland and Colombia
• Massive update of the following leagues: Greece, Italian, Turkish, Scottish and Spanish
• All changes in staffs from all over the world
• New players in the database
• Changes of players' attributes
• Retirements made and non-existing players removed
• Capacity changes for some stadiums
• Referees edited – date, place of birth, and so on
• Promotions and demotions in a few countries
• Duplicate players removed, wrong nations assignment removed.
• Clubs' budgets adjusted for the 2003/04 season - Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and so on
• Staff changes - Chelsea, Man City, Notts County and so on.
• Out-dated loan moves removed, especially in English leagues
• Future transfers added
• New contract of players from all over the world
• Free transfers of players whose contracts have expired
• Updated numbers for players from all Premier League clubs and others
• New team colors for the 2003/04 seasonn

Installation manual:

Run the setup from the downloaded file; the first two screens that you see are informational only. Click "Next" to proceed; specify the patch to .../CM4/data/ directory. You can change the default directory by clicking "...".
Below the information on 'Disk space needed' is shown and 'Available disk space'. Set the options that you want and click "next" once again. Click "Start" to begin the installation process, which may take several seconds. If the installation completes successfully, the readme file will appear. Finally, click "Next" and click "Exit" to play the updated game.

Note: backup your data directory before installing the update.
